Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Her Shield sanitary pads are personal hygiene products. For the safety of every customer, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original sealed condition. However, if something goes wrong with your order, such as a damaged, defective or wrong product, we will make it right.

Please read this policy before placing an order.

2. Order Cancellation

Before shipping You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp or phone at +91 73587 56110 (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST) with your order number. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After shipping Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery if you do not wish to accept the parcel. Please inform us so that we can note it on your order. Refunds for refused or returned-to-origin parcels are processed after the parcel reaches us. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable in this case.

Cancellation by Her Shield We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or we suspect a fraudulent transaction. In such cases, you will be informed and any amount paid will be refunded in full.

3. Returns

Eligible for return or replacement

The product arrived damaged or the pack was torn or tampered with
The product is defective
You received the wrong product or the wrong quantity

Not eligible for return

Packs that have been opened, partly used or used
Products that are not in their original sealed packaging
Change of mind after delivery
Damage caused after delivery by improper storage or handling
Complaints raised after the reporting window in Section 4

4. How to Report a Problem

Report within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp or phone at +91 73587 56110.
Share your order number and clear photos of the product, the pack and the outer packaging/shipping label.
We recommend recording a short unboxing video when you open your parcel. It helps us resolve damage or missing-item claims faster.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.

If your claim is approved, we will either replace the product or refund you, as you prefer (subject to stock availability for replacements). In some cases we may arrange a pick-up of the product at no cost to you. We will tell you if this is needed.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) through our payment partner, Razorpay.
Refunds are processed within 2 working days of approval and usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For orders paid by Cash on Delivery (if offered), refunds will be made by bank transfer or UPI. We will ask you for the details.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong product).

6. Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number. We will track it with the courier and either resend the order or refund you if it cannot be delivered.

7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If money was deducted but your order was not confirmed, or you were charged twice, the amount is normally auto-refunded by the payment gateway within 5 to 7 working days. If you do not receive it, please contact us with your payment reference or screenshot.
